Korean Pop-inspired, this time around...

And so I did some gig with a dolly friend Aja who passed on his k-pop virus to me :) This set of outfits is based on a rainbow-bright bunch worn by the popular K-pop girl band, 2NE1.

I'd like to share this photo with you, featuring my lovely Sue (FR Aria), before the outfits go home to my dolly friend's private collection.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend, loves!

  4. Hello! New follower here!

I love your fashions!! Sewing clothes in this size is just something I have absolutely no talent for... much to the dismay of all the small dolls around here, lol.

K-Pop fashion is pretty wild and fun, isn't it? I really love looking at Asian style all together... although admittedly, sometimes it's totally 80s XD, but they seem to have a lot of fun just mixing a million influences together, and that kind of crazy, eclectic style is right up my alley XD Thanks so much for sharing before these outfits went to their home!

    1. Hey, Heather... welcome to our tiny spot here on the blogosphere :) Sewing is fun, and the smaller they get, the more exciting - to me, a miniature lover, at least.
I agree with the 80's thing going on in K-pop fashion, but isn't it that fashion goes like a cycle? teehee... 80s was the wildest and craziest in all fashion eras, with lots of color, texture and pattern mix-and-matching. And when you see one crazy mismatch, it's always the 80s we're reminded of :)

Thanks for dropping by; I sure will be hanging around your travelling blog, too, as I also love visiting places and experiencing different cultures.

      Keep in touch!

    2. The 80s is quite the mishmash of color and texture, so yup, absolutely it keeps being brought to mind XD

I'll be trying some tiny sewing myself this weekend... lol, it might end in disaster, hehe!

Oh, and The Traveling Twig isn't a travel blog, hehe, it's my Barbie blog XD

    3. Hey Heather,

Yes, sorry. I did realize that yours is a dolly blog after reading the posts :)
I like that there's some catfight and sisterly love sprinkled in there in your stories/posts. It's exciting, too, to see you adding new characters. I especially love Macaron, the human version. Love everything about her. Was she OOAK? :)

Good luck with your sewing adventures then, Heather :)
