If you were to win this dress...

How would you style your doll for a nice photo shoot?

I have pulled out a couple prototypes of my recent
little dress at the atelier and two of my fave gals
for this real quick news.

Once again, a contest for you guys...

As usual, everyone is welcome to comment to this post
and tell us HOW YOU WOULD STYLE THIS DRESS.

You may dream up your doll at a certain LOCATION,
in her most appropriate ACCESSORIES.
You may also want to tell us who you think is
the perfect doll to model this :)

And of course, don't forget to tell another friend
to do the same :)

This will be a week long contest so that we can as much styling force as possible!

The most creative styling will be receiving this dress
via registered mail from ateliernishasha.

Okay then... are you up for this fun challenge?

So excited to see your comments!

Hugs,

  1. Wow! That's a beautiful frock. I'm trying to picture this in my favorite girl Star (AA Barbie Stardoll) and I think she would be on a trip to Paris with her boyfriend Jayson (AA Barbie Texas A&M Cheerleader Ken) who would propose to her in front of a crowd by the Eiffel Tower. She would have a red belt, red shoes and glitter bag to match. :-)

    1. Ooohhh I like that she's having Ken as one of the shoot's accessories teehee and the Paris location pretty much echoes the romantic feel of the dress, no? Thank you so much, Tracy... I hope you can tag a dolly friend, or two, so they can enter here, too! Hugs!

  4. If this were to come my way, Lead Singles Eden would be wearing it for a trip to Miami or a warm locale. She needs a slightly oversized bag with a shopping guide and a wrap for the cool night ahead. She'd keep her signature ponytail, so some drop earrings are a must, and finally a bright pair of sunglasses!

    1. OMG!!! Summer really is here, in our minds, at least! Eden should be perfect too, with her side part do and mysterious eyes! Such a sweet vision there, Leslieanne... Thanks and I hope you can bring a dolly friend over to join in the fun, too... :D

    2. lol--yes, summer is definitely on my mind over here--lots of snow in the forecast for us, so Eden is quickly plotting an escape. :)
There have been some really, really great ideas posted on here!

    3. True, I hope everyone is having fun as I am!

I watch CNN in between miniature times and snow is still pretty much prevalent around pretty much the northern hemisphere. Stay safe and warm, dear!

  5. I can see Natlila wearing this while shopping in a sea side town and she catches the eye of a very rich and handsome man. It turns into one of the most romantic weekends for her.

  6. LOVE the print on this dress and the style. It reminds me of the dresses from the 40s that I am so fond of. I am not entering the contest, because i am trying to challenge myself to sew more, so I can't bring in any new clothes items at the moment. But I may change my mind if a great styling idea comes to mind. Rules were made to be broken.

    1. LOL Vanessa... I totally see you.. When I was starting, I stashed/gave/sold away all my FR clothings so that I can push myself to become better! Good luck to you, dear! But it sure would be fun if you can just share how you see this dress on a dolly, too :) Hugs!

  7. I got thrilled when I saw this dress from your collection. It kinda reminds me of the 60's fashion where women are dressed up for a walk in a park and look absolutely stunning in photos!

I would probably want Nostalgia Dania to wear this dress because of her classic look and her hour glass frame. I think her complexion would definitely complement the dress.
I'll match it up with a white hat, white rounded sun glasses and black and peach earrings to add flavor to the outfit

To complete the ensemble I would make her wear white kitten heels with minimal detail on the front for that polished and classy look!

Red lipstick would be a must! 😊 She is off to have a romantic brunch with her beau on the French Rivera.

  10. This dress would be worn to the annual Kentucky Derby with a ridiculously large hat and thin horizontal striped belt. Her hair would be in a twisted, curly ponytail worn over one shoulder in the front and medium dangly ear rings.

She would have on wrist length gloves and a clutch purse, Her shoes would be feminine strappy. She would need very red lipstick and large very dark lens shades to get that southern belle look.

She would be sipping on a traditional mint julep drink while all of the handsome rich men gawked at her.

(I am sorry I can’t choose colors. My eyes are unable to tell what colors the dots are {they look green to me! })

  11. I can see this dress being won by Kai (Perk Colette) during a nice summer day. She's on her wait to meet her friends for a nice picnic by the lake. She wants to be comfortable and classy at the same time. It covers her new blue bikini on underneath for the water festivities. They are sure to go out for a dip before or after eating
